  “Well Adam doesnt treat me like that maybe because I have been going there for years and he knows me but he used to have an attitude problem when the store first opened about 10 years ago but now hes cool with me. He doesnt buy used games anymore like he used to I dunno why but thats where I used to sell my games at but he stopped that he only takes them for credit other than that I have no more complaints about the store”

  “Your right about the customer service...me and my 11-year old cousin went there around some time in June and i asked one of the employees if they take in pokemon cards for money...they said we don't really take pokemon cards.In my mind im like how do you not take those kind of cards when there are rows of'em for sale...they take those yu-gi-yo cards but not pokemon...what a rip off.But hey they have reasonable prices on a lot of their game titles.Also all used games look so clean and refurbished...its a game store anyone would go to...has everything a nerd,otaku,or gamer could ever ask for :]...minus the service :/”

  “The store is good,Lots of amazing inventory..however customer service here is terrible..The owner usually treats his customer with an un-respectful manner and they somewhat can't control line management..i remember my son wanted to buy a game there but the owner didn't have it and tried to give my son a different game but the way he responded to my son about not having it is absurd..to the point i have to go there myself with my son next time..this store should be a last resort if your looking for a game and can never probably get it nowhere else/sold out..Now i hear people that was a customer there for 2-3 years stop going to the store..if there was a different manager..then this store would of gained reputation as of right now.”
